ONLINE MEMBERSHIP COST $25 (per family)

PAPER MEMBERSHIP COST $35 (per family)

Your PTO membership helps cover the costs of school-wide academic activities, school programs and educational materials and equipment for students and teachers, welcome kits for families new to Patriot Oaks Academy, appreciation events for our staff, and miscellaneous expenses that arise throughout the school year. Finally, your membership entitles you to a vote on issues that affect our school population. Every membership dollar will be reflected in your child’s growth and development here at Patriot Oaks Academy! A paper application will be available to print from our website when school starts. Paper application membership price is $35. No refunds.

Important: In the event your check bounces for any event/item, you will be required to pay the original amount required and the bank fee within 48 hours.
