As a member you will have access to important information and an ability to vote on key initiatives for your children's social & educational experience at Patriot Oaks Academy. The money that you donate toward membership will be used to fund significant programs including (but not limited to):
IXL - RAZ Kids (Learning A-Z) - Patriotic Events - Computer/Testing Lab Technology - Playground Enhancements -Middle School Robotics - Staff Development & Staff Enrichment Funds - Art Supply Supplements
Our membership drive begins on July 18 and runs through the end of August. Membership is $25 (per family). We encourage everyone to sign up online. All members will receive a 10% discount on new spirit wear. Members who sign up by July 28 will receive a link to the highly coveted Charger Rock reservation calendar five days before the rest of our families. (the Rock reservation link will go out to Members on July 29 via email).
Your membership items will be available for pick up at Meet the Teacher (August 9).Membership items acquired after Aug 10 will be sent home with your student.
NOTE: Please make sure you follow all the steps below, including payment and your final confirmation.
A paper application will be available to print from our website when school starts.
Important: In the event your check bounces for any event/item, you will be required to pay the original amount required and the bank fee within 48 hours.
