Business Partner will provide Patriot Oaks Academy PTO with the following:

• Completed and signed Patriot Oaks Academy Partner in Education Agreement
• High resolution JPG & PDF image of business logo for placement on PTO website, newsletter, PTO member card, carpool sign, student welcome folders, and banner on inside fence. Carpool sign and welcome folder for Golden and Royal Charger levels are first come first serve and only 10 spots available. Must be a paid partner by July 5, 2022.
• Business flyer (1500 copies) for Student Welcome folders is due by August 1, 2022.
• All payments due for Sponsorship Level
• Vendor/Volunteer Clearance through the SJCSD for all employees or company representatives who will be on campus at PTO events. Entrance and set up at events cannot be guaranteed if yellow Volunteer/Vendor Clearance Stickers cannot be printed.
